About the Course
The All Curve Types Add-On Course includes general Schroth Method exercises designed to support any scoliosis pattern. Whether you're looking to build a foundation, add variety to your current routine, or simply stay consistent between therapy sessions, this course meets you where you are. We know how overwhelming scoliosis care can feel in the beginning. That’s why we created this course as a supplement not a replacement for your curve-specific program. It helps you move forward with confidence while you prepare for your personalized care path. In this course, you’ll get guided video exercises based on Schroth Method principles, including postural corrections, breathing techniques, and movement cues. You'll have access to accessible routines you can do at home with no special equipment required. The course offers a supportive, flexible structure so you can practice at your own pace, anytime with 180 day access to revisit and build your foundation over time.
Dr. Andromeda Stevens DC

I am a Doctor of Chiropractic and Schroth Therapist in Los Angeles, CA. I've been in practice since 1996. I became a D.C. because I was inspired by my own scoliosis condition. My practice specializes in scoliosis using the Schroth Method and I am Level II certified by Dr. Hans R. Weiss (the grandson of K. Schroth) as one of very few certified in the US in the original method. I also completed a certification with the BSPTS program and the PSSE program with Nikos Karavidas. I was introduced to Pilates in the early ’90s and was so inspired that I became Certified.. The profound results with my patients, as well as the inability to find quality Pilates Instructors for the Studio, led me to co-found the Pilates Sports Center Pilates Teacher Training Program, the Burn at the Barre Teacher Training Program and the Pilates Master Teacher Program with the mission of providing the highest standard of excellence in Pilates education. My passion is in working with people of all ages who have scoliosis and my Pilates studio and the Pilates education that we offer to people all over the country and internationally. When I'm not working you can find me traveling with my husband in our Airstream along with our two dogs, or playing with my grandchildren!
