MINI SHOULDER WORKSHOP 2026

This Mini Shoulder Workshop is designed to help you better understand your shoulders and how to keep them healthy, strong, and pain-free. In this course, you will learn practical movement strategies, posture tips, and simple exercises that can help improve shoulder mobility and reduce everyday discomfort. The workshop focuses on safe and effective techniques that support shoulder function. You will be guided through mobility exercises, stretching, and strengthening movements that target the muscles around the shoulder joint to improve stability, range of motion, and overall movement quality. Whether you experience shoulder stiffness, discomfort from daily activities, or simply want to maintain strong and healthy shoulders, this course provides practical tools you can easily apply in your daily routine. By the end of the workshop, you will have a better understanding of how to move your shoulders safely and support long-term shoulder health.

I am a Doctor of Chiropractic and Schroth Therapist in Los Angeles, CA. I've been in practice since 1996. I became a D.C. because I was inspired by my own scoliosis condition. My practice specializes in scoliosis using the Schroth Method and I am Level II certified by Dr. Hans R. Weiss (the grandson of K. Schroth) as one of very few certified in the US in the original method. I also completed a certification with the BSPTS program and the PSSE program with Nikos Karavidas. I was introduced to Pilates in the early ’90s and was so inspired that I became Certified.. The profound results with my patients, as well as the inability to find quality Pilates Instructors for the Studio, led me to co-found the Pilates Sports Center Pilates Teacher Training Program, the Burn at the Barre Teacher Training Program and the Pilates Master Teacher Program with the mission of providing the highest standard of excellence in Pilates education. My passion is in working with people of all ages who have scoliosis and my Pilates studio and the Pilates education that we offer to people all over the country and internationally. When I'm not working you can find me traveling with my husband in our Airstream along with our two dogs, or playing with my grandchildren!
